Bored...and food

Disclaimer, I am a religious logger of all food, exercise 5-6 days a week, have been losing weight fairly well, however on my work from home days (where I am usually home alone) I tend to get very bored in between conf. calls and sometimes find myself munching. When I mean munching I mean anything and everything in sight...Does this happen to anyone else, any solutions you came up with?

During days where I go into the office I tend to pack a nice lunch, very healthy with balanced protein and carbs. Any suggestions on what to do, I have tried to pack a lunch for work from home days but I never end up sticking to it. Only other thing I can think of is to eliminate my work from home days and just go into the office 5 days a week.

I too am a bored binge eater. Try to keep yourself as occupied as possible in between calls, whether it's writing down notes of the call or just cleaning up the house a bit. Do something that takes time and isn't easily done in conjunction with eating (so no watching a video or something similar). I play video games or do a puzzle, but I don't work from home and am far too easily entertained for someone my age. xD

I'll try some of those things, however videogames are out of the question, for some reason (probably dating back to high school where I used to do those all night sessions with friends on Halo leads me to eat more).
