How do you decide what numbers to put in when setting up your nutritional goals? Where do you get those goal number's?

This is what mine said, which is a big difference then what mfp says. Your BMR is:
1994
CALORIES/DAY
Your TDEE is:
2392
CALORIES/DAY. So which should I eat?0 -

You would eat 15 - 20% less than TDEE. Remember MFP says to eat whatever it says PLUS Exercise Calories. I find that often if you add the exercise calories in you're almost right at the number you get using TDEE.
