Mfp just cut off the rest of my post!
As I was saying, these are my two gorgeous greyhounds. Pub Dog (white boy) and Smiley(brindle girl) .
I added a pic of Pub Dog in his racing days, because I have actually started running this week myself. I thought about taking one of my babies with me but I don't think they would think much of my pace!0 -
I knew I'd find a pet thread around here if I kept digging through all the older threads.
I WANNA SEE YER ANIMAL FAMILY!
This is Rudy.
We're about to go crunch some snow....

This is my beloved Trixie girl & me, taken last Easter Sunday. This is a lake on state land that is only accessed by hiking back to it. This year I hope to hike back with my kayak and get on the water. (Sans Trixie - she doesn't kayak, lol)

This is another one of me and Trixie. This one horrifies me because it shows how huge I was. I plan on having a new one taken, lol.

I'm not entirely sure he's an "inspiration",
(unless I'm needing to be inspired towards surliness, or an indignant huffiness)
but, this little jerk lives with me, too.
His name is Icky, and he's an IrianJaya Blue-tongued Skink,
measuring-in at just under 2 feet.

Yeah my bearded dragon is huffy and kind of indignant all the time. The turtle looks happy when I shake the food can in front of the tank. Well, desperately happy, as if it's been a month since he was last fed, ha ha0

Hubs and I took Penny and Andy on a long walk yesterday. It was 80 degress out, poor Andy was a tired boy, but both were so happy. ❤️0 -

There he is, in all his useless glory.
Not inspirational at all. In fact he's not even really my cat, just a free-loading *kitten* that turns up to be fed from time-to-time (along with about seven others, apparently my house has turned into a free, all-you-can-eat, buffet for the neighbourhood cats ).
LMAO!! I nearly peed myself reading this. A+0 -

I love seeing all the pets.
MOAR PETS!0 -
I also have 2 of these little goons.
African Fire Belly Toads.
Kelly & Lando.
They live in a lovely terrarium, with a waterfall.
They don't inspire....but they *do* sing, in the evenings.
I'm sure my neighbors wonder what the 'eff that's all about.

Beautiful...I dogs so much - I want more but my husband says one is enough. I say you never have too many labs.pileofnoodles wrote: »I'm a huge dog person. I've also worked horses my whole life, just had to sell my last one though, medical reasons and where I am in life made me have to do it, which sucks. Anyway. I am dog crazed and a dog trainer. The black dog is Vegeta, he is a border collie x groenendael, five years old, and my service dog. I couldn't go anywhere if it weren't for him. White boy is Aadi, he is a three year old American Eskimo Dog. He always cheers me up, and is perfect for slow days where I just can't keep up. I am getting a samoyed this summer(breeder already chosen), he will be in training to take my current service dog's place in three years. I wouldn't be exaggerating when saying they're my life.

Dude! That Pom is awesome!
I've always had big BIG dogs, 'till this last one,
and I've discovered the beauty of compact creatures.
I'm pondering getting a 2nd, to keep Rudy company....Beautiful...I dogs so much - I want more but my husband says one is enough. I say you never have too many labs.
2 dogs *is* more work, but it can be great in terms of them
entertaining ech other.
You just have to remember that they'll also teach each other
bad habits, as well. lol.0 -
