looking for motivational partners who want me to comment on their diary and who will comment on mine to encourage and support.

I'm 30, recovering from a knee injury so limited on activity level, a nanny. High wait was 267. Last year when I i jured my knee I was at 247. I've been bouncing between 208 and 215 for several weeks.

Current health plan: nutrition filled with very limited dairy, soy, wheat, and sugar.

I have a hard time not enjoying a serving a chocolate a day and don't want to go beyond that.

No fast food.

Also, I am OCA member and if you know what that means, you'll understand what that means for dietary variations.
