Could anyone suggest recipie to make protein filled drinks? I currently snack on greek yoghurt after a gym session but I would like to vary post workout snack. This would be ideal to have in the evenings to help prevent me snacking on buscuits, etc.

Kahlua Recovery Drink
1 scoop protein powder
1 cup milk (8 oz)

1 scoop whey, half banana, halfcup strawberries, T cocoa powder, cup almond milk blend.0

Last year I went through a intense strength phase of my training and I combined chocolate milk and chocolate protein powder. Tons of calories, tons of protein, tons of delisciousness.0

My 2 favorites:
Chocolate ice cream, chocolate whey, chocolate casein, just enough milk to make it drinkable.
Vanilla ice cream, orange juice, vanilla whey
