Hi my name is grandlove and I started this program last year for about a week. After logging in and writing down everything I ate I was totally shocked at the sugar and sodium I was consuming. I think I became depressed and just didn't like seeing the numbers in print.
Well I'm back with a new attitude and just looking for friends who can help me stay on track. I ordered some protein shakes and a different program, but noticed that I was not allowed to eat breads, rice or anything starchy. Since starch is my weekness how can I just wake up one day and change my entire diet. Just need some encouraging daily words. Is there anyone out there 60+ and trying to lose weight and get healthy for the 200th time
