Hydration Calculator: How much water to drink.

Apparently I should be drinking double of what I normally drink. They recommend me drinking 4 liters a day,which equals to 16 cups. It seems a lot, but they ask for your height, weight, gender, and how and how much you exercise.

They calculated 1.1L for me, and I usually drink 4L. However it's the middle of summer here and it's easy to drink that amount. Probably closer to a Litre in Winter0
