Ketogenic meal planning

Hello all-
I was wondering if anyone had experience in ketogenic diets. My question is should each meal be according to the proper macro ratios or do I just need to spread my macros out over the entire day?
Hopefully the question makes sense. Thanks!

Your Q does make sense. Many advocate that all meals should be ketogenic - for example a ratio of fat/(protein + carbs) greater than 1.0 (measurements in grams).
In humans a dose of sugars can suppress ketone production. At caloriesproper.com you'll find interesting science that suggests (for example) eating more earlier in the day (especially the carbs) to coincide with circadian insulin sensitivity.0
