No, she's saying that as long as you burn more calories than you take in (eat) you will lose weight. You should strive to meet your calorie goals. You will see a lot of people on here say CICO (Calories In Calories Out). Means as long as calories out are higher than calories in, you will lose weight. Good luck.0
