Thinner and Healthier by July 6th

Only 15lbs is all I want to lose. Better health by the big 50. Still hard to stay true and just do it. Its only been 3 days in but glad I have worked out each day and not had any junk food.... well a couple of things. Energy drinks are my down fall.

    Good start! I want to lose around 25lbs. Just getting back on it, lack of exercise has been my downfall lately. Ready and willing with my new Fitbit.... Shame about this headache/throat infection! I need to get to the gym! Add me!

    energy drinks are fine as long as you work it into your calories :)

    July 6th...very good day to be born. :) I'm hoping to lose my last 10-15 pounds by this date too!

    Your profile says you fell off the wagon the last time because you didn't firm up. Were you doing any weight lifting, specifically a progressive lifting routine?
