I love to read, so for every 10 pounds I lose I buy myself a book
When I hit 35 lost I'm treating myself to a pedicure
And when I hit my goal weight I’m going to start trying to get pregnant
  • New work out outfit - Frozen yogurt (cuz I love food) - new video - mani/pedi - go to the movies.... what ever you love, build on that. Do something with your kids, visit a friend you haven't seen in a while.... Good luck!

First I went to buy some clothes, my next reward was getting my belly button pierced, & then got my long tresses cut!

Well so far I haven't had any but I am thinking that since I lost 50 pounds I will get my hair cut and highlighted sometime this month. I haven't had my hair cut since January so it needs it.

I bought a heart rate monitor at 25lbs lost. At my next goal I'll be buying a couple pair of jeans. The one after that will probably be a pedicure and a haircut. At the 165lb mark my husband agreed to take a 2nd honeymoon anywhere I want so that's the big one I'm working towards.

Check my signature: highlights (coming up next week when I get paid!), a pedicure, and a tattoo. Of course, once I reach my goal, I'll go wardrobe and bikini crazy!

    1st ten: Haircut (yay met)

Then each 5 thereafter: pedicure, back massage (professional), lingerie, and IF I get to 125, a whole new wardrobe. :)

I am a firm believer that these rewards should be extra and special (don't make it buy a HRM!!) treat yourself for job well done!!!

i just started with "rewards" for my losses...mine are posted in my signature but i struggled to "pick" ones that mean something to me...
funny thing is, before my husband lost his job last march and we had 2 good incomes, i just bought what i wanted/needed when i wanted/needed it...i never really had anything i was was ever waiting to EARN cause i would just buy *kitten*...then for about 9-10 months while he was not working, i was still in the same mindset of buying whenever and then earlier this spring i realized, DUH, we only have one income and unemployment and we should start cutting back the excess spending, so we did and now he is just starting a new job today...i set up my rewards last week and i struggled to decide what i wanted to treat myself to because now i'm so used to not "wanting" anything because there was not extra money....

i had to call my sister, lol and ask her what to put for my rewards....i typically was getting pedicures at least once a month since i was doing a lot of running and my feet needed the treat but i stopped to save the money on an unnecessary expense...

i set up a separate reward that incorporates my workouts and my weight...when i "earn" enough money for a pedicure i can get one....$1 dollar for every day i work out and $1 for every pound lost...since may 23rd, i've earned $14 with 12 workouts and 2 lbs lost...the more i work out the more money i rack up

i agree with other posters, think of all the things you deserve for your hard work, dont do exercise gear or equipment, especially if you need those items to keep going on your journey...i need new sneaks bad and i'm not going to wait for a specific number to get them...now that mike has a new job, i'm going soon, maybe this week because having them will make my workouts better, therefore make me keep doing them..."new" music on my ipod or "nicer" workout clothes will make my workouts more interesting, but i have music and clothes that works for me so that could be a reward in the future...

sorry for the book, but i was on a roll

Buying my HRM was special for me. Buying an exercise bike would be special for me too lol. To each their own.

I guess my best reward so far, has been the amazing changes in the way my body feels...

I'm having issues with a reward plan. I keep coming up with ideas like a heart rate monitor, new workout pants (mine fall down during jumping jacks!), new clotIhes... but then I buy them before I get to my goal... LOL. I started my first job out of college in February so I don't really need to worry about saving too much money or spending from a limited income anymore. I was planning on a new swimsuit, but I found a new top at Kohl's last weekend on sale really cheap. So there goes my most recent reward idea...

I do have one major reward in mind. When I reach my goal weight of 140, I'm going to the Caribbean with my friends in a bikini to drink fruity drinks on the beach while men admire me... hahahaha. Seriously.

Well designer jeans are a must for sure!!! LOL no more LB right fit red jeans for me - no sir!!! LOL

Jewelry = absolutely! I actually bought myself a beautiful ring a couple weeks ago to commemorate my journey. It's my starting piece. I have decided that once I am in "1derland" I will reward myself with a ring to symbolize the fact that I will NEVER again have a 2 as the first number of my weight (I don't remember exactly when I hit 200 but I remember very vividly being 14 yes 14 and weighing myself and seeing 214...sigh, it's been a very long time in the 200's!!! So, with that being said, you can bet that my "goal" ring is going to be F.A.B.U.L.O.U.S.!!!!!!!

I like jewelry because it pretty much can last forever. It is symbolic, and I can pass it on to my daughters (when I start having kids that is!). No matter what happens in life, I can take out these pieces and reflect on the amazing journey I have been on. I have other rings that marked significant times in my life (and necklaces and earrings). When I finished college my mom and dad bought me the most fabulous ring and although I don't wear it very often, whenever I look at it I am reminded of my accomplishment. I hope to give it to my first daughter when she graduates college.... :) Ahhhh can't wait!!!

Not really sure either... Thinking a pair of custom converse high tops or getting my black diamond set in a ring. Right now just passing my damn PT test would be a great reward =P

I've decided some of my rewards will be taking a day (or two) of PTO for no reason once I hit a certain weight. I have mp3 players, but not an ipod. So if I ever complete c25k, my reward for that will be an ipod and the nike+ system. That seems like such a cool gadget to have. I think I will also get a new tattoo once I reach my goal weight. Something to symbolize the journey...

i have driven a few ferraris so it wouldnt be unique-my neighbour has one that he loans me ocsssionally.

i quite like useful gifts and might look for new technology when i am in the uk again-its so overpriced where i live due to import tarrifs -i would feel ripped off- a new phone that had an mp3 player in it--i am not a mobile fone fan because people can pursue me and when i am out of the company it means OUT lol i would keep the number close to my heart! i have lots of goals so any more suggestions?
