Whats your favourite low calorie meal? And what is the calorie content per meal?
Im struggling to find nice meals. I feel like i stick to the same stuff. Need a change x

    Spaghetti Squash with homemade tomato sauce
    It's very low cal, and delicious. Depending on how much you eat of it 150 calories of the meal would be a ton of food. It's basically all vegetables.
