3.00 clove(s), Garlic - Raw
1.00 tsp(s), Spices - Pepper, black
0.50 tsp(s), Ground Cayenne Red Pepper (Gourmet Collection)
3.00 tbsp(s), Spices - Chili powder
1.00 tbsp(s), Spices - Oregano, dried
2.00 tsp(s), Ground Cumin
1.00 tbsp(s), Spices - Basil, fresh
1.00 tsp(s), Spices - Onion powder
1.00 large, Onions - Raw, Chopped
1.00 tsp(s), Spices - Salt, (I use pink salt)
3.00 lbs, Ground meat (I do a 50/50 turkey beef blend)
1.00 lb(s), Ground Pork Sausage
12.16 oz (28g), Chicken Livers (ground in the blender)
39.96 tomatoes 84g (3oz), Organic Grape Tomato
3.00 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long), Carrots - Raw
3.00 stalk large (11"-12" long), Celery - Raw
3.00 container (1 4/5 cups ea.), Tomato Sauces
4.00 pepper, Bell Peppers (one of each color)

Instructions

Saute onions and garlic together in a large saucepan over medium heat
Add ground beef to the saucepan, and brown
Drain excess fat
Transfer the cooked onions, garlic and meat to your crockpot
Add all vegetables and spices (except garnish ingredients) to the crockpot
Give it all a good stir
Set crockpot to low and allow to slow cook for about 6 hours
Spoon into individual bowls
Garnish with crumbled bacon and avocado slices
Serve hot and enjoy!
