What are your top five "most used" foods when you go to log your calories in your food diary?

Mine are:

- Mountain Dew
- 2% Milk
- Land O'lakes Light Butter
- Wonder bread
- Banana

Those are the top five for the past 2 years that I've been on this site. BUT, I've changed a lot of my eating habits since joining. It'll be interesting to watch the "most used" list changes. I don't drink 2% milk anymore; I drink Silk light soy milk. I'm also trying to switch over to wheat bread, but the rest of my family is being stubborn about it. I can't eat a whole loaf by myself before it goes stale! And I know, I know, Mountain Dew is terrible for you, but I used to drink 5-7 a day and I'm down to only one a day. Some days I don't have any at all. I'd say that's improvement!

So, what about you?! What's your Top 5? :)

For whatever reason, the first thought I had after reading "eggs" was Gaston from Beauty and the Beast. His song in the movie has a lyric "when I was a lad I ate 4 dozen eggs every day so I could get LARGE, and now that I'm grown I eat 5 dozen eggs and I'm roughly the size of a BARGE."

Oh man, I haven't had Brussels sprouts in awhile! I've never put honey on/in anything... I really need to start.

Seeing that makes me wish bacon was a little higher on the list...maybe in slot 3.
