whenever you can and will kill it...

    Srsly...there is no "best" time.

I always eat before and after a workout...but again, this is going to be personal preference. Outside of some very specific fitness and performance goals, meal timing is irrelevant...overall appropriate intake for your stats and activity is far more important than when you consume.

For me, working out is usually done 2 hours after dinner. I usually do HIIT workouts and find that doing them too close to a meal upsets my stomach. Try exercising at different times during the day to see what works best for you. What works for some doesn't work for everyone.

The best time is the time that you'll do it.

Eating before or after workout is personal preference.

(In a perfect world) I would love to work out first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach or a protein shake at most beforehand. But I have to leave for work so early that usually never happens. That's just my preference. My husband? Total opposite! Has to eat something and workout late in the day. Everybody is different. Do whatever feels best for you:)

For me it is immediately after work. About six.

For optimum results, work out when you are awake.

    That's it.

Anytime that you like is fine. However, people who work out in the morning tend to be more consistent because nothing can get in the way. If you wait until later, you could get busy and decide not to do it. That being said, I usually go later in the day mainly because I am not a morning person and I would be less consistent if I had to get up earlier.
