Goal: Lose then Maintain

Hello! My name is Madelaine, I am 18 years old, 5'7 1/2, and currently weigh 152 lbs. My goal is to get down to somewhere between 140 and 145 lbs - wherever I end up feeling most comfortable! As an online student, I live a pretty sedentary lifestyle. However, I do love exercising at the gym and do so almost daily for at least an hour. It's my stress relief, my escape, my me time. I'm pretty good about what I eat, it's just that I don't keep track of how much I'm eating. I love to snack throughout the day, and this is where I rack up my Calories. That would be my reason for downloading the app -- to count my calories and log my meals. If you and I have similar goals, I'd love to be a motivational friend! :)
