Newbie gains?

I began weight lifting back in early October, about 30 minutes to an hour 3 times a week. I began to see some definition in my shoulders and arms, however lately I've noticed that the definition has not increased and it's become harder to lift weights. Have my newbie gains stopped?

You can usually keep noob gains going for almost 6 month after working out. Bump that protein up and see how that works.0
