Water retention from carbs?

I've noticed that after a day slightly higher in carbs for me, meaning about 10 g my body retains a good amount of water. My diet isn't very high in carbs to begin with. Is there anyway to avoid this and how can I? Thanks

Drink an extra glass of water and stop worrying about it, its not fat, just water......0
