I am a 44 year old mother of two teens who gained 60 pounds from the day I married 23 years ago. I went to the my annual check up last February and stepped on the scale. I was disgusted. I was pushing 200 pounds!! I vowed that day to do whatever it took to get the weight off! I downloaded the app and started right away with 30 minutes of cardio per day. With my husband's support I have lost 50 pounds and am hoping to hit my 60 pound goal by February 10-the anniversary of the day I started! My Fitness Pal WORKS!! All you have to do is religiously log your food and commit to daily exercise...even just 30 minutes a day will do it!
