Good diets?

What kind of food is in your diet?

I personally have:

Breakfast: 1 toast with butter (utterly butterly, it has 75% less saturated fat than butter)

Lunch: Quorn chicken pieces and salad (small portion)

Dinner: Quorn chicken pieces and salad (Medium portion)

Snack: Fruits (I also have a bit of chocolate because I'm a super chocoholic xD )

I also drink water as soon as I wake up, throughout the day and right before bed!

My lunch and dinner change every day ofc :happy: :tongue:
