try mixing up the type of exercise if you are regularly doing the same types of things.0

Much more information is needed to really help.
First, how long has it been since you have lost weight?
Second, how carefully are you measuring your food?
Third, what is your activity level set at?
Fourth, how many calories a day are you eating?
Fifth, have you recently made a major change in your exercise program either in intensity or type?
There are probably more that should be asked an answered as well.
Finally, do you measure your progress with anything other than the scale? If you don't, start using measurements and pictures. There are times when weight will not change for various reasons, but measurements will change for the better. During those stretches it can be helpful to use other measures of progress. For that matter, the scale is not really the best of measures for progress. I have had times where my weight went up and it was all water weight. Then the water came out, and the weight came off in a day or two.0 -
If you know your intake / output is accurate enough to ensure a deficit, keep on keeping on. It'll eventually show up on the scale. I find that changing things up makes me feel like I'm doing something, so it's a less frustrating wait.0
