Confused on Breastfeeding Calories

I am most likely over thinking this but can someone help me with my Calories? I am 5' 7" and 152lbs. I breastfeed an almost 8 mo old and would like to lose about 10lbs. I have read that breastfeeding gives you an "extra" 300-500 calories a day to work with and so i adjusted my "calories to lose" to 1500 per day. Does that sound like enough? I run a 3-4 days a week too.

I am similar height and weight to you and also breast feeding. I worked out my TDEE, took the 20% off then added back 200 calories for breastfeeding. I'm losing inches and had no loss of supply.0

i dont know much about customizing the stuff, but i just put in all my info and then record breastfeeding as 500 calories burned as an exercise. my baby is 11 mo now and he nurses alot. the program tells me to eat 1300 then i eat back the 500 for bfing plus what i exercise. i have been losing a lb a week.0

you may want to ask your doctor, but mine suggested abou 200-300 calories for breastfeeding, however, boosting up protein, and cutting out the crappy snacks, pretty much took up the extra. Good luck!0
