I'm new to MFP, and really enjoying it so far.

I'm 30, female, married with a stepson. I work as a freelance typist.

I've had issues with food and weight my whole life, and I'm just trying to get myself to a weight I'm comfortable with and improve my overall fitness (strength/endurance/appearance/general health).

I'm so glad to be part of this community, and I can't wait to make some friends and really get in shape.
