Trying to lose weight, not feeling hungry, should I still eat?

So, I'm not new to MFP but I struggle with my nutrition. I am actively involved in CrossFit as my exercise of choice, and some days are long and intense, and some days are shorter and harder. Before the holidays, I got down to a lean 6.7% BF, I am 5'11", by running a lot. Then, come the holidays, I started letting myself go a bit and started gaining weight, still doing CrossFit. I put on 10-12 pounds and I lost my BF %, so now I want to get back down to 160 pounds again, not putting myself through running torture that made my gains go down. So here is the dilema - I went to CrossFit yesterday and then did running and then elliptical and burned around 1000 calories or so. My deficit is around 1900 calories, I added those calories back in and ate because I was feeling terrible which placed me around 3100 calories. Now, today, I haven't even eaten 1000 calories as of this posting, however my deficit still shows 1900 calories and I did CrossFit. I'm not really hungry, but my gains suck, I'm "de-gaining", and my weight is still 170 instead of my leaner 160. Do I need to eat regardless?? I eat fairly clean, what do I do? I'm very frustrated!
