Hey peoples!

I'm using this sight to track my stuff while I drop 20 prior to hip surgery. FAI/Labral tear in the right hip. I have until March 23rd, so lets do this.

Years ago I followed a strict paleo/low carb to reduce inflammation and drop weight prior to my left hip surgery. Yes, all part of the same accident. It worked extremely well and kept me mobile even with a horrible left hip. On to the right! I also have the benefit of knowing and understanding the science, so there's that. Funny, I would have stayed fine if it were not for an excellent mexican restaraunt. Damn tasty food! To the beginning...

Anyway, great tools we have these days to keep track of stuff. Much easier than it was even a couple years ago. Although the privacy issue...
