Hello, I just joined today. I am looking for friends/encouragement and sharing personal stories. We all know we aren't alone in this struggle, but it's easy to feel completely alone. Any tips are appreciated, too!
Also, I started diet/exercise just over two weeks ago and lost 8lbs. Is that trackable or not since I only joined today? I hate seeing that big ZERO lbs lost on my page haha.
