quick/freezer meals

I have been searching for a freezer meal that I can eat at work for lunch when I'm in a bind. My work schedule has recently changed so I work 8:00am - 5:00pm some days and 11:00am - 8:00pm some nights. I try to eat dinner before 8 so I went to Target before work one morning and stumbled upon EVOL foods. The Target that is closest to me has a limited food selection so I went to a Whole Foods and also picked up some of their freezer burritos. They were all delicious. What do you guys bring to work for lunch? I'd be interested in good recipes and something I can easily take to work. Thanks!
