Hi! I am a 29 year old girl, 165 cm tall. I was 90.3 kg when I decided to lose weight, last March, and since then I lost 13 kilos and now my weight kind of fluctuate between 76-77.5. My goal is to reach to 60 kg. But now after these many months of persistent work, watching my diet and losing weight, I have reached a plateau! I am not losing anymore, and I am kind of tired of watching my diet. Also having a terribly cold winter here in Canada, makes it harder for me to exercise and go to gym! I am just worried that I am going to gain all of that weight back! What should I do to get the losing weight process going again? I lost weight by cutting off dairy products, all gluten containing products and cutting off my refined sugar intake and also watching my calorie intake. I am tired and need your advice and experiences. Please help me to go through this. Thank you in advance for your comments.

  • Have you tried a new work out? Maybe join a class or join crossfit...that's a blast! Just look for new ways to work out. Someone once told me, "what got you here, wont get you there" so change it up. You're doing amazing! Keep it up!

Thanks! Maybe I should try joining a class! The problem is cold weather which makes losing weight even more difficult in winter... I feel like a molecule in something frozen, that doesn't like to move. Getting out of home in this weather is too unpleasant! Any suggestion for diet? Thanks for your encouragement!
