Losing the Love Handles

i have always struggled with love handles.... I've lost weight but can't seem to get those off! I go to the gym at least 5 times a week and do a half hour of cardio 2-3 times a week and strength training (kettle bell, tabata, fusion) the other days. I eat 800 calories a day because I don't get hungry and when I do, it's hard to find something sugar-free that balances my fats, proteins, and carbs. How do I get the extra belly fat off at 112 lbs?
