What kind of cheese, and how large of a chicken breast? And you ate three whole lemons? Oy! Okay rough numbers using the MFP recipe calculator for the whole thing: 1416 calories, 71 g carbs, 82 g fat, 107 g protein, 1382 mg sodium, 25 g fiber. Split in half to cover one serving. Would have been way healthier without all the cheese. ;)

Log it into the recipe builder. MFP will tell you.

    Recipe builder.
Without exact weights of the items, though, it will be a guesstimate at best.

OMG 150 g of cheese!? I don't know if that's the best or the worst thing I've ever heard.

But you should just punch this info into the recipe builder and mark it as 2 portions. Then you'll know. Simple!

There isn't anything wrong with cheese.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with cheese. Cheese isn't inherently unhealthy.
