Insanity calorie burning

I use insanitycalorie.com to calculate what calories I burn with each insanity dvd, however how can I be sure if it is accurate, does anyone know? :-)

Everyone burns at different rates. Only way to be sure is with a heart-rate monitor. But if you wanted to estimate, then self-assess and take a ballpark figure using that site as guidance.
