Jillian Michaels Body Revolution - anyone changed their body in 90 days?

I did this workout once before, around 2 years ago but wasn't blown away with the results by the end. I had been experimenting with my diet while doing it at the time to be honest, trying out different calorie intakes and macros etc. so that may have been a factor.
As a fairly regular exerciser anyway who has mainly always done weight training combined with cardio (though not as much as I should have done over the last year or so) I was dubious about doing it as the length of the workouts isn't as much as I'd normally do in the gym.
Having read that others have had better results and now I'm back on the right path with my diet, which is pretty much in line with her nutrition program I've decided to try and do it again in the hope that I will see more fat loss this time round.
For those of you who have done it already, what kind of weight loss/fat loss did you see after 1 month, 2 months and 3 months and did you do any other kind of exercise alongside it? I am planning to supplement the workouts with the occasional cardio session in the gym, maybe also weekly walks of 1-2 hours and I also want to try and increase the weights I used last time a little.
Any tips from others who have seen massive changes in their body and muscle mass/definition would be much appreciated.

I loved it, and I got some pretty great weight loss and body change results at the end of the 12 weeks. I completed it last winter/spring and actually just re-started back up with a hybrid of it and some other programs (replacing the cardio days as I am not concentrating specifically on weight loss any more and wanted something else those days). Its cheesy and all, but so far my favorite of any "commercial" program out there. It is what you make of it though, lift heavy enough to make it difficult and eat healthy.0

That's encouraging, I did Cardio 1 today and will try and do all the workouts she suggests each week but not necessarily in the same order as she has suggested. I managed to finish it last time, I just wasn't that impressed with my results. I've got some heavier weights this time so gonna give that a try. What weights did you use when you were doing the program? From your photo you look great and it says you've lost 26 lbs which is more or less what I want to lose so hoping for the best!
I do have a home gym and I've got all the machines in there plus a load of free weights and a TV, mirror etc. but I think that a DVD like this that I can just stick on for under 40 minutes a day will help me stick to it, rather than having to be motivated to think about/work out what I am going to do every day. Once the 3 months is up I'll try and figure out what I will do next but I do have other DVDs I can do too, plus there's a Pilates class I've been to before starting up again in February so I might incorporate that into my program.0 -
I loved it so much I completed it 3 times before wanting to start heavy lifting and joining a gym. It was so awesome to see the weight increase with every round I did. I got fantastic results.0

Branflakes that's great, I suppose it would take me pretty much most of the way through the year if I did that but think I'd have to skip the summer months here as it gets to 40 degrees most days! What weights did you use? I used 4 kilos last time but this time I've got 2kg, 4kg and 5kg which I can increase if I feel the need. Also just got a resistance band as I didn't have one last time.0

I used 3-5 lbs last time, I was just starting back after my 3rd little one and honestly could barely do some of the moves at the beginning this time around I have 10 lbs for most and 5 for my triceps :P they still give me trouble. I would recommend doing it in order for optimal results, she has it set that you do push one day and pull another day (opposite muscles to rest on previous days) it makes it so you can work harder and does effect how your body will take the workouts and gain strength. I lost 20 of the 26lbs (it was 33 before the holidays lol) since my son from 30 day shred and body revolution with some extra cardio and fitnessblender thrown in, so it really did work well.0

Well done! I am aiming for 8 & 10lbs for most of the workout and I also have 4lbs in case there are any of the exercises I want to do with less. I am going to be following her order as in doing Workout 1 & 2 then repeating that each week but some days I've put in a cardio session between workouts 1 and 2 due to what I'm doing that day and changed the days of the workouts as some mornings I go for an hour dog walk.
You had the excuse of baby weight to lose but I have no kiddies so my only excuse is that from time to time I let my diet and fitness slip and the pounds pile back on but if I can get where I want to be and lose the 27.5 lbs I still need to then I am sure I will be motivated to continue with JM or another workout. I have a lot of her other workouts but also have Insanity which I did try once but found it way too intensive!
The closest I got recently was around 4 years ago when I was 9 lbs off my goal weight but then I went to work away from home and part of my job was daily food shopping and I spent my free time in coffee shops as I was a carer for someone and there were sooo many food temptations.0
