Tabata Combinations (or other floor works outs)

Its too cold to run outside (or at least cold enough to talk myself out of it) so I'm going to use the work gym. Limited equipment includes: rowing machine, stepper, bike and one of those multi-gyms. More importantly it has floor space/mats so I could do some tabata sets.
What's your best combinations for a good all over cardio and strength workout (either combined or I can alternate days). I used to do a boot camp so kind of know the exercises but can't remember which ones combine well.
Or any other non tabata work outs that I could do with limited equipment available. I will have up to an hour in total inc warm-up and cool down.
There is no TV in there but I can look at you tube night before if you want to post links.
Thanks
