I just can't seem to pick a method of weight loss and stick with it! The working out side of things I am fine. I just cannot get my eating under control. Its is getting frustrating.

Why not just log what you're eating already? Get a food scale and log everything that goes in your mouth for a week or two. Don't eat less, don't eat more, just look at what you're doing and consciously enter it into your diary.

When you've got a week or two of data, you can analyze your patterns and see areas where you can shave off some calories, especially if you make notes in your diary like, "Wasn't hungry, but got popcorn at the movies" or "Only ate 200 calories before 6 pm. Starving by 5 pm. Binged after." You can also see which foods you eat over their recommended serving size, which foods you regularly eat that have lower-calorie options. You can also look at your Protein/Carbohydrate/Fat ratios to see if you're meeting your nutritional needs. If I have a super high-fat, low carb, low protein day, I'm starving and tempted to overeat.

I don't think anyone needs to me motivated or inspired or buzzworded to lose weight. Weight loss is just calories in, calories out.
