Newbie Needing Support

Hi I just returned to Fitness Pal and I need all the support I can get. I just purchased Fitbit and I committed to loosing this weight.

Any recommendations on getting started with exercises? I also purchased the Blentec and I'm new to blending as well so any good starter recipes will help as well.

    @kirstieannlittle‌ I'm new to the app too and it has taken me a little while to get the hang of things. I started my journey on January 3rd and so far I'm liking the results but I also need accountability. Anyone feel free to add me. Good luck to everyone!

    I tried adding you but it wont let me go on anyones profiles. Can you add me please :)
