Mommy needing motivation

Hi guys! Im 26, been married 1 yr & counting & a mother of a handsome 1-yr old boy. I'm a Chicago native. I work part time(at least 4 shifts/month) as a respiratory therapist here in Nashville, TN. My husband is also an RT & works full time & has another part time job. We have 1 vehicle. We're trying to keep my son out of daycare so I stay home with him most of the time & my husband stays with him when I work. I'm in need of some support to help me lose 8lbs & tone up, but I'm lacking motivation & direction. How can I accomplish my fit goals in spite of my limitations??
