I stated to loose weight by the 3rd day it would off been water weight, but I was recording all my food, so I knew I was eating to a defect.0

With starting a new workout programme at the same time as a weight loss one, you might not see as quick a loss (especially if you don't have a lot of weight to lose) due to water gain for muscle repair. But it took me about a week or so to see some loss.0

are you weighing out your food and scoops to be sure you are eating only the grams listed? I lost 3-4 lbs for the first 3 weeks and then it tapered off.0

yes, the only thing I do not measure is the protein shake in the morning. I make all of my foods ahead to time, so I will make a large blender full with the protein powder, I put about 24 oz of water in the blender and 3 rounded scoops (not level) of the powder.0 -

Weigh your protein powder. Mine says a heaping scoop is 24 grams. Oh the lies! 24 grams is a bit under a level scoop.0 -
