I'm back after I don't even know how long. I have to do something to get rid of at least some of this weight. 
My beginning weight is an estimate. I haven't weighed myself yet...maybe in the morning I'll be brave enough. I have clothes I have to get back into. Can't afford to buy bigger clothes.
