    Yeah, but I really have only noticed my thighs getting bigger on it. I have added a bit of upper body fat so when I cut back down I may see a difference in chest development. I add a little arm work to it.

    ive just started this one.. started low at 10kg on first attempt ..13kg today..rising slowly for me as im in no rush :)
