I have been doing strength training alot more since the new year, esp. Chest press.
I know it can be a personal question, but did anyone have bad sensitivity in their breast the day after? (i know it is working chest muscles, but this is so sore that i feel like i cant move my upper body, but oddly my arms don't hurt
)
The other side of this is, did strength training, I.e chest press make them 'perkier' or better still smaller?
Im just nervous im doing this (3 times a week) and it will get worse with pain.
Any advise from experience?
Thank you
