I need help finding calories for restaurant I'm going out to eat at tonight with family Teds Escondido ?

    not all restaurant calories will be on the site already. If the restaurant provides nutritional info, you can manually add the food in (either via recipe or quick add depending on how detailed you want to go in terms of macro breakdown)
    Otherwise, you'll just need to quick add calories according to your best guess based on what is in the dish, portion, and how it's prepared. Good luck!

    Almost no restaurants where I live provide nutritional information. You just have to eyeball portions, guesstimate as best you can, and then quick-add some extra calories since your estimate is sure to be low.
