cardio minus legs?

can anyone help me with cardio that does not use your legs. I tour for tendons in my ankle and I cannot weight bare. Please help!

    I would love to but I am not working so I can't afford a gym membership. :(

    Swimming is really all I can think of too. Do you have a YMCA nearby? As a non-prof the Y usually has different membership options based on peoples different situations. It could be worth inquiring.

    This requires equipment, but Battle Ropes might work for you; thought it might require more stabilization from you ankle. An exercise bike might work for you, tough call. Just be careful to not make it worse. Remember that our bodies really function as a unit and when one thing is injured it affects other areas as well and can cause additional injury.
