Hello, my name is Amber. I'm a college student that has a bad habit of eating only what she can afford... Blue box Mac and cheese and ramen noodles. It is proving to be pretty bad for me as I have gained 15 pounds in the summer and 5 only within the past month or so. Before this past year I have been a high-metabolism body but it seems things are catching up. Not to mention, I can never get in a work out between classes and my other activities. I'm also a jazz player so practicices eat my only free day and I am a Stand Up comedian so when I do shows, often I'm eating deep fried bar food and it isn't going well. I've gained 23 pounds in no time and I really just need some motivation or something. I get married in the fall and would like to be back to my starting weight.
