Trying Something New...Again

Hi All! My name is Renee and I am trying something new...again. I have tried Weight Watchers. I have tried Sparkpeople. I have even tried going it alone. None of these plans seem to work. I am hoping that I can find an answer here. I lost 50 pounds on Weight Watchers but gained it back plus more. I need to make the a LIFESTYLE change, not just lose weight. That is where the disconnect has always been for me. I can't seem to help myself realize that this is a lifestyle change not a diet. I am hoping to find support and friends to help me along the way. I also want to be supportive in return. I have also realized that going it alone is not the way to do it either. Any suggestions or advice is welcome and appreciated. I want to close by saying that I look forward to meeting new friends and working on this long journey (for me anyway) together. Thanks for listening.

I have the same problem! I lose weight really well and one year later I'm back where I started I hate it! This needs to be a lifestyle change for me to I jus love food and alcohol and always overdue it! Good job for getting back on the bandwagon realizing it is the hardest part. I just want to be back in my crop tops ugghhh!! Glad to Meet you!!

I am the exact same way. I force myself to do it until a certain point, like a vacation and then i just gain it all back, and then some.
Now i'm in it to reach my real goal and maintain it.
    Would love to be friends.
