Fitbit Sync problems

I'm having some trouble with my two apps syncing up... MFP and Fitbit. Any suggestions?

    Heck From December 30th until yesterday- I couldn't even sync my Charge to my phone fitbit app.. I had to send them an email after trying everything in the world to get it to work. Finally yesterday when I uninstalled and reinstalled my fitbit app it synced to my phone and the MFP. I had to uninstall and reinstall my fitbit app quite a few times. I went over a week without it working though.

    I was able to get it to work too. I did the same, connected then disconnected a few times. Then saw that I was wearing the devise wrong. Had it hiding in my cleavage on the inside of my bra which is a no no. So I clipped it to the left shoulder strap. Things look good now. Thanks for the reply!
  • When I have syncing issues, it usually works to force quit the fitbit app, then go into app and hit sync. (On Android phone ). Also make sure both apps are up to date.
