What are your trouble spots?

I, unlike most girls, don't carry weight in my hips. I carry it ALL in my stomach, chest, and my back. And the back fat is the worst of all (you know, bra bulge and stuff like that, right in the area of my lats muscles). I perform back exercises each day, but it doesn't seem to do anything. Do I just need to lose more overall body fat, or is it muscle tone that I'm lacking?

    I carry it mostly in my stomach too. If you look in my profile pictures you can see that I look larger from the side than the front. The only thing you can do is keep losing the fat in order to reduce your overall size. But strengthening your muscles by doing a full body routine will help you look nice and firm/shapely once the fat is gone.
