Returning MFP user needs to be motivated

Hey guys, after using the app on and off over the last few years, and having put a stone on over the last 7 months or so (comfort eaten after both my grandparents past away last year) I need to get my butt in shape Literally! My aim is to lose 3st to get to just over the docs recommended weight for my height bmi ect, I want to join slimming world and am making the most of my slow cooker, if anyone wants to add me or even just got some tips for be I would be greatfull!

Feel free to add me and post any slow cooker ideas.. I like to cook bulk meals using my slow cooker for each week.. Especially in winter.. Makes my life easier..0
