I am drinking herbalife shakes which has super low calories, I feel like i am eating enough food during the day but my calories are still super low. I think the amounts of measurements and calories I am entering in are pretty accurate, but i am afraid to add more calories. I am already taking in too much sugar (mostly healthy sugars), I think i need to add in another snack. Does anyone have a suggestion of what i can add that will boost up calories but not my carbs or sugars?

Lean meats - get some protein in you!

Also, why are you having shakes? Why not learn how to eat properly - it's a more sustainable solution! (Unless you intend to live off these shakes forever)

Shakes like that are good for quick fixes but flexible dieting in my opinion is better in the long run! Dont be afraid to bump up your calories, or eat more.

I say add some healthy fats:

    Almonds
    Pistatios
    Cashews
    Peanut Butter and Celery
    PopCorn (low butter/sodium)
    Yogurt
    Sunflower Seeds
    Hard Boiled Egg
    Pickles
    Raw Veggies (carrots, celery, cauliflower)
Raw fruit (Pineapple, Honey Dew, Watermelon etc..)
    String Cheese

    My mind is blank...

If you're honestly afraid to eat more calories now, then you're going to have a rough transition into maintenance. Don't fear food.

This is a generic list and doesn't account for your personal needs, but anything here can be included in a balanced diet (as long as there are no allergies, medical conditions, obviously):
    avocado
    cheese
    full fat diary
    Greek yogurt
    ice cream
peanut butter (or other nut butters)
    dark chocolate
    less lean cuts of meat
    seeds (chia, flax, sunflower, etc.)
    nuts
    olive oil
    coconut oil
    butter
    beans and lentils
    protein shakes, bars, and smoothies
    hummus
    beef jerky
    cornbread
    tuna
    full calorie condiments
    full calorie sauces & dressings
    sour cream
    guacamole
    whole grain pasta
    rice
    bacon
    whole eggs
    quinoa
    fruit and fruit juices
    pretzels
    bananas
    scones
muffins (bran, blueberry, banana nut, etc.)
potatoes (sweet, red, gold, purple, white, etc.)
    granola
    coconut
    salmon
    edamame
    honey
    molasses

Thanks everyone for the information.....I am usually totally against the shakes but a few friends have been drinking them and I thought i would give them a try, I am only going to be drinking them for a couple of months than I wont drink them anymore. i was just trying them to see if I could shed a few quick pounds while still getting all my nutrients. I am usually able to pick a pretty good diet without the shakes. My understanding is that the shakes are supposed to replace a meal, but it doesnt look like they give you enough calories to replace a meal. I agree it actually seems easier to choose a balanced diet without the shakes. I will probably finish them out and go back to the way i would normally eat when i am eating a 100% healthy. Thank you again for the advice, it looks like this drinking the "healthy shakes" might not be the best option for me.

Make sure you're drinking 1/2 your weight in water and getting your protein levels up to the right amount. You can google Herbalife Lean Protein Estimator to find out what your daily protein intake should be.
