Hello I am Dan I am new to this online stuff however at this point I needed to switch things up as I get a little older I started ETP and now trying to track my entire day to see results and what is working and what is not anyone with tips or suggestions it is greatly appreciated.

    Hi Dan.. I have been on MFP for about 4 months. I log everything every day. I was just supposed to log for two weeks, but 4 months later I find that logging helps me stay mindful and aware of everything I eat through the day and weeks..

    I am not trying to loose much weight (10 pounds) as I am trying to eat healthier and have a better relationship with food..

    My best advice is to log everyday. As you get used to logging every day, it will become second nature. Actually I feel strange if I don't log in everyday.

    I logged to see how many calories I was eating daily, then I setup my goals based on a baseline (BMR and activity level - exercise) in order to lose about 15 pounds. It was hard to find my numbers for the first month, but I did it and now I know what to do and what not to do.
