I have been eating 1200 cals for a few months now and have lost 66 pounds. I have about another 30-40 to go. I am upping my cals to 1500 a day....Has anyone had success eating 1500 cals and working off 200-500 a day 6 days a week? Thank you!

    I just started trying this too but just upped to 1350 so we will see since I've been at a stand still
